Making money in the markets stops being a struggle when you get your head straight. I started my investing career with a $25/month bank draft into Templeton Growth Fund. And there were 2 times in my life that if I scraped all of my money together, I couldn't have afforded to buy a pizza. Nevertheless, it can be done.

My head never will be or never has been straight. I have an above average IQ that was squandered with no training, discipline or vision.

I suffer now for not reading more. For not completing academic programs. For not having a father. Don't discount training the mind... traders.

I worry for all the kids with a one parent home...it is worse than it has ever been.
