Commissions are generally $.50-$.60/rt throughout the discount community. So... Tradovate drops them to $.19 or even zero. But the exchange fees have always been the bulk of the cost.

By the way, I'm not trying to bash you, I was just curious. I don't see the wisdom of trading one tick, but again, I'm not saying it's impossible or trying to bash you. If you trade it and make money, then you're doing great. I'm just asking to try to get some clarification. Now, you it can't cost you less than 2 dollars round trip on the ES. I just mean total cost, commission, no commission, exchange fees, etc... That means a winner, at best, is 10.50. A loser is 52. You'd have to have a really amazing win rate.
