Be realistic, you know that this is a forum, people can speak their opinions, and any attempt at legal actions would result in nothing, your legal fees would be the only $ changing hands. The fact that you spring to this defensive position so quickly, and bring up lawyers, etc instead of defending your firm with reason, or explaining the realities there (?) is rather irrational behaviour, and not one a firm should pursue if it wishes to obtain or maintain an acceptable reputation among the trading community. I thought Glasnost and Perestroika never made it past the Iron Curtain. Imagine how wealthy Don Bright would be if he was able to receive monetary compensation for 'slanderous' comments. Does he wish to threaten this and stain his firms rep...no. Is this good business practice...yes. Smarten up.

def, your little investigation proved nothing other than trader777 likes efloortrade and dislikes IB. Who cares if he raves about it.

The only way to prove such a case against him is to gather his IP information and track him down. And the only way you will manage to do that is if Baron gives you that info. And thats a very very big if. If Baron were to do that, this site would lose it's members very fast.
