I propose a moderated forum, moderated by vikana who I believe has a Ph.D. in mathematics, in which we both post ONLY ideas that are easily backtested so that anyone who has Wealthlab, Metastock, Amibroker, etc. can follow along and see who knows what and maybe even learn something. We'll start by exploring the price, volume relationship and post only concepts that work and test out favorably. I understand the price, volume relationship very well, do you? Do you accept my challenge or do you concede defeat already?

I understand why you guys didn't like the results of my backtests of Jack's stuff, but how about if we put that behind us and focus instead on what DOES work using the moderated forum concept I proposed to steve46? It can be an A-Team versus B-Team competition... if we both understand the price, volume relationship as well as we claim to, it will become clear soon enough. But I'm only interested in participating if it's collegial and, most of all, simple enough to be reproduced by anyone who wants to follow along no matter what backtesting platform they have. So I'm claiming that not only do I understand the price volume relationship, I can demonstrate it with easy to reproduce backtests. Can you? We can hash out the details before starting if you agree to take me up on this.
