if reverse engineering is that easy, why would not employee at brokerage do it? or do you worry trading via a brokerage?

when you get good...use multiple brokers and mix up your orders so no one broker can see all of the trades...

If one who has funds as part of a hedge fund, he or others could re-engine your methods and then why hire that individual?

When you get good, you lease/buy seats and have T-1 connections.
