Got caught being wrong on both sides when the market fluctuated as Janet Yellen spoke. Down close to $300 at one point. Best to stay long and only long in this type of market.

1 step forward 1 step back...... I need to get to the level of 2 steps forward 1 step back ...I dont know why I havent been long ES on dips and just let it do its thing when I know the intermarket situation is bullish ES..... Anyways, I haven't gotten anywhere with the combine by giving back my profits. Maybe I get careless after a profitable day. I keep breaking my rules of not reattempting the same trade after it fails...Doesnt pay to be stubborn and not disciplined.
By being close to daily loss limit, missed out on a 3point ES trade. Going to sticky note rules to my monitor so that I stay disciplined....no more fucking around.

Good support around 5290 on the NQ today. Was anticipating a large afternoon rally after the large morning sell off, however it remained range bound and unfortunately gave back a lot of profits on trade 2 (break-even trade).

I have a problem of getting too carefree when I am up and it hinders my trading as you can see. I need to pretend I am trading with 30+ lots and wait for very high probability setup with skewed risk/reward from now on...

Do not do that, or you will financially die. Especially considering your daily over-trading issue.

TRUST me on this. You will financially die if you pretend to trade with that which you do not actually have. If you will actually HAVE it? Trade it. To do otherwise is veddy veddy bad.
