Choppy day today.. learning to slowly recognize the different types of trading days and didn't make similar mistakes that I made last week from fake break out trends. No trades last Friday.

Tough day.. was correct about the afternoon sell off, however entered too early and got burned during the lunch hr reversal. Re-entered on the short side later on but instead of letting the stop-loss do its job I exited early as the market fluctuated both ways.. Frustrating!
