Good cap to end a great week. One of my best as a trader.
AMP: +3.5 pts on MES

The AMP thing is a distraction to you. Yeah, you just want to over lever and do 1000% more with futures, but forget it. You are KILLING it with TDA account. Stick with that, which is what works for you!

Stay away from AMP if you are pulling numbers like that out of TD Amerischwab. Please?

Barely . Fucking . Anything. I need to call AMP this coming week to discuss commission. I might be locked in at 2007 prices (as if micro lots existed then and I am addressing it with you before being called out on it) but even the E-mini commissions don't line up with their site listing.

I do appreciate the push and the music. I still remember my dad taking to me watch The Wall in the late 80's at a local late night theater with the nice smell in the air.

The futures account is not about current profits; rather sharing of what I hope to be a progression of what is possible. No promises but time will tell.

I was just trying to get you to explain to your audience how you made $2,300+ on your TD AmeriSchwab account, and $17.50 on the MES trade. Thus the folly of you bothering with futures. Yes, AMP is an addicting broker. It's the no-frills aspect of them that is very sexy.

Per contract, your cost should be 0.84 per round trip if you are using CQG connection.

So your profit per contract would have been 3.5 points = $17.50 - $0.84 = $16.66.

Satan? Nah. It's all good. Stick with your TD Amerischwab deal until it stops working, because you are on a destriero roll at this point. Don't mess with it! (Unless having that little AMP account helps you. Hey, if it does, then whatever...don't change a thing? heh.)

I am calm. I only empathized with you that I made nearly nothing on MES. This journal isn't about how much someone could've, would've, should've, don't do this, don't do that. Post results. Stop thread crapping with the videos. Take it to DM if you must.

PS. I have met Roger Waters several times. It was only on the third time, in the Hamptons, that I realized he was part of Pink Floyd. No, my PM was about how you should read my full journal to learn my journey. Don't try to twist it. I'll post the entire PM thread here if you wish. My gist was that if you wish to see my P/L, look to MY journal thread. Why should I post my P/L to both this thread and my own? Too lazy to go read someone else's journal, like how we are reading yours?

Oh yeah, and it was about how you will have to deal with my video analogies if you wish to get along with me. *shrugs* Most others here have learned to deal with it, because they are entertaining and/or educational.
