Getting things off your chest can help you relieve burden whether it be a loss or a huge win. So if you want to contribute and share your progress, this will be a good place to share it. There is a right way and a wrong way of doing this. I will be asking moderators to assist in order to make this a clean and straight forward thread.
Post your P/L of the day. Screenshot is preferred but just posting your P/L for the day is acceptable. Losses suck, but they come with the territory. Most traders have gone through multiple accounts. It's ok to post those negative 40% days. The purpose here is to document and learn what is possible to profit (or lose) in a day and then move on.
1.) If you have to ask yourself if you should make a post, then just don't post it.
2.) There will be no talking about strategies or asking others about their strategy. Use DM or make a new thread for that. Go ahead and speak aloud about your trading day in your P/L post but don't ask for help. This is for you speaking aloud without questions or criticism.
3.) Sharing this info can be personal so please stay away from this thread if you do not want to participate.
