It was a very annoying day for me with all the market direction changes. Also, throw in some internet problems and a crying baby to make matters worse. Fortunately, I didn't lose much.

Figured I would join in the fun instead of just lurking after having this massive day!
Anyone else think it would be interesting to discuss size per trade/volume in addition to PnL to aid in unhealthy comparisons? I'm currently trading 1 lots in the ES and had a total of 1 RT that lasted all of 13 seconds today (decided to go biking instead of trading...).

It was a bit too exciting for me. I went up about 200 unrealized only to swing to down 125 in a short amount of time. Fortunately, I got a good win that got me back positive.
September Review:
This month included a few more tweaks to my system along with the distraction of having a new baby. Trading just got a lot harder with a newborn in the house. I'll keep this short due to being really tired. I'm building confidence in my system, but may need to add some new trails or take partial profits as I seem to be giving back large amounts of unrealized gains. On paper, my system is still greatly outperforming my live results. Most of it is due to the fact that I'm still not totally following my system. My biggest struggle is being disciplined enough the take every trade even after a few losses. So many times have taken two or three consecutive losing trades and then pass on the next one only too see it make back all the losses and more.
