Consistency did not come with ease, plenty of years of losses, followed by what felt like an eternal journey of break even trading. After that odyssey there are scars, plenty of them.
First you beat the sim, then you beat cash, after that, plenty later, comes heavy size, working on it, slowly as I've managed to conquer the previous stages.

It was another tough day for me. I'm still struggling to monitor all my signals and be able to execute them on time. Also, I've done a little too much picking and choosing of my trades. If a signal is there, I need to just take it. Not only am I missing some good entries because I didn't see it in time, but I'm also missing some other good ones because of my emotional opinion of the trade at the time.

Was having a great day, then something horrible happened, the kind of thing you never hear much about but happens every now and then to traders, a fat finger error.
Made a big mistake with the DOM, before I knew it, the mistake ate most of my profits away, still managed to salvage a green day because I was having a great day but hard not get upset.
Will stop posting in this journal because it has such low activity, don't see the point of bothering when others don't share their performance, lot of discussions about pretty much anything in this board, lots of claims even but everything else seems to be secrets of national security, so will extend the same courtesy.

Wow, that was a difficult trading day. The market just went to sleep after 30 min. It was another day that my trading system made money on paper, but I was unable to do so in real trading.
