It was a little slow and sloppy. I didn't really find any good movers. I got chopped up a little bit in the noise.

It was a decent day and actually one of the best days I've had for a while which is sort of sad.
I was reviewing my statistics this morning and noticed that since the beginning of June (when I started to do really badly) that my win percentage on trades within the first 20 minutes of the day was around 12%. Very horrible. After the open, my winning percentages ranged from 30-78% depending on the time of day. Today, I just watched for the first 15 minutes and I'm glad that I did. I would have gotten into a number of losing trades. I'm just going to watch and let things develop for the first 15 minutes each day and see if this improves my results.

It was a pretty lame day. My P/L spent all day bouncing around break even. I'm glad to make it out of a sloppy day with a few bucks.

one week or so vol swing trade closed..was short vol of course and a bit surprised how such small size gave me this move. problem now is...just like surfer i need some vol... yin yang

I was nearing my max loss for the day, as I was short all morning. I'll take break even after almost having a bad day.
