Whew! Finally some relief. Today, I just sat and waited for some things I really liked. I've been getting burned by jumping into mediocre trades too quickly. I'm glad I can go into the weekend feeling much better.

It was a frustrating day with the big gap up and market flatline for the next four hours. Good opportunities for me were very scarce. Unfortunately, I missed the good ones and ended up a choppy positions that eventually went sour.

I should have done my normal thing and not traded Fed day. Since I've been losing so much, I wanted to trade, so I could make some money back. The opposite happened.
