I have some early bragging to do myself sellindex.
This was quick and painful...was a lot worse, too.

I got my butt kicked today. It was very frustrating. I chose some good positions, but I was whipped out of them only to see them go on to make some good moves. I know this is just one day, but I am taking notes and will consider making adjustments to my exit strategies.

I just started trading this account again last week though. I took a loss on friday that pushed me below breakeven and I am working on recovering from that. Focusing on good execution. I made all the mistakes I know I shouldn't make in the first week, SO now that is out of my system I will stick to the plan and make something happen.

Here is today's results. I did a good job sticking to the plan and got some nice fills. I was very pleased with the results.
I didn't lose any money, so I guess it was a good day. I was getting chewed up a little bit early on and then caught a good winner that cleaned it up.
