It was another frustrating day. I just did 2 trades. I took a larger loss on PNRA than necessary - I accidentally sent a market order to get out instead of a limit order and crossed a ridiculous spread.

I'm trying to take things up a few notches with my P/L and trading in general but these market conditions make it mighty challenging.
