but hay i'm not whistling in the wind thinking the vol spike is going to subside ;) haha

Definitely made a lot of mistakes yday...and over trading was one of them...no blotter.
 
Day 4 of paper trading and the first day of loss.

Waited to long for some stocks/got in at the wrong time/missed my strategy today. Wasn't a good day for trading anyway.

Followed my strategy and did not slip like yesterday. Still had some bad trades but cut them early for a smaller loss. Overall +$37. It's all about discipline.

I got caught on the wrong side of the AMD news. I got absolutely crushed, my algo was supposed to shut down when it got overfilled, but somehow the system kept picking up shares because the quotes started going bad.

Hurts. Definitely hurts.
 
Day 6 of paper trading:

Good day for trading. TCAP was going up like crazy. Have been lucky to watch the charts for a long time and got in at one of the lowest points of the day. Then sold after around ~20 mins when it started to go up and down.

+$99 for today out of which +$54 only on TCAP. :D
