Out of curiosity, the traders that are +$1000 0r more are they usually the same traders?
Also, what amount of equity are they trading and total leverage?

yes, usually the top 5 consists of the same 8 or so guys.
The guys at the bottom are good traders, they just cant get out of their own way and learn to accept more risk.

All in all, after compounding, up about +8.12% for the week so far. I trade Volatility. I'm new to this forum and I'm looking to get an assesment on how I'm doing. October is the first month I plan on running my strategy (developed and tested from mid-July till end of Sept) for full profits to see what my returns can be.
What are you guys averaging for returns monthly, after compounding? I'm looking for a target of anywhere from 54-100% return monthly.
Oct. 1: +3.6%

talk to IB on the phone... figured out my P/L up to date ... the withdraws are just something i wanted to note to myself.. i was confused for a while as to where i was at from the beginning of my trading because of me constantly withdrawing money.. now i have a TOS account that has 5K in it.. well exactly like 4600 something.. and i'm up a couple hundred in a sub account i created in IB so the two of them squash eachother out.. i'm flat between the two basically... so i'm around 5500 up overall.. on 32k to 20k average to trade with.. i'm fucking stoked.. over two grand of this years losses is from a vixy trade.. one thousand of the options loss is from znga call options... noob lessons being learned..
