Okay week. I don't really mind the low volatility environment but I get the feeling we are preparing for an explosive autumn.

very boring market in tiny range. worked hard the whole week but have nothing to show for it. should have gone fishing!

down 2K last week.

Was down close to $100 because I moved my stop-loss on a large sell off (thought it would rebound). Rookie mistake.

Kept focusing on my set ups and did okay (left some money on the table again).

Really disappointed with the way I traded today...held onto stocks too long when I shouldn't have...sold way too early when I should've let profits run...rushing into trades and then getting stopped out IMMEDIATELY

Got to control the emotions...felt like I was on TILT majority of the day..
