Trader P/L 2012

ATR giving some positive opportunities, didn't expect such a big range Globex+.
Bought the France gapper down via NQ sunday, size for a overnight fade. Closed in the a.m. per trading rule (trading rule, to build trading log milestone section with positive events: close +$ Globex swing trades at R-T-H session, tend not to). Opened ES and NQ in morning, now flat all. PR2.49.
ES/NQ.

1st day of live day trading crude oil. Gross 96 ticks. Left a lot on the table, but still learning how this instrument moves so I`m satisfied since it was my first day. :)

velocity offers xtrader FOC with $1 increase in total RT fees ;)
if your size is not too big (>20 ZN contracts per trade), maybe want to consider transact ;) i mainly trade ZN now and have been using it for 3 years, you can get 2.XX RT fees if trade few hundred contracts per month.

2nd day of live day trading crude oil and the market ripped me a new asshole. A gross loss of 86 ticks.

Actually, there was nothing wrong with the market today, but upon awakening this morning I noticed that I was feeling mentally fatigued and unfocused. It may have been a poor decision to actually trade in such a state of being, but done is done and I can only blame myself. I do not consider it a destabilizing loss, but definitely a warning to get my shit together. I`m hungry for more and ready tomorrow if I feel well.

I actually read the market quite well in the afternoon compared to the morning, but playing a too aggressive hand, I did not get paid for it. Tomorrow I will. :)

I still struggle with a feeling of mental and physical fatigue, but I managed to finish green for the day, so I`m taking the day off now. I managed to not fuck up like yesterday, but I also left a lot on the table, in particular concerning my exits. I need to work on that. My entries are far better.

Gross 59 ticks for the day and back in green for the week. One step at a time. :)
