Trading the 30 yr - Could have been better but I let a bit on the table and then threw in a couple of stupid ES trades for good measure

Stupidity continued into today's trading, ending the week on a sour note. Up for the week over all (~2k).

Next week I will try to size up (2 cts instead of one) and hope results are steady and not head south!
