This is my first post. I decided to start posting to help me in my own trading. For example, many times when I trade, I do things we know are wrong or exacerbate an already bad situation. I think if I post, perhaps I will take that extra moment to think thru the things I do--it might be embarassing or might further anger me if I post it on this board. Anyway, good luck to everyone in this slow market.

Pretty good day. Caught a play off the open paired with a decent overnight. Sat tight for most of the rest of day, just scalping a couple things until the close.
