Spent the last few days tweaking my strat after Chops of Death last week. Much fewer trades, and much smaller size for now. Lost track of how many points I made today, so I cheated and calculated P/L : $1,927

Bleh -8.50 pts on the ES. Maintained a long bias, and paid for it.

Result just like the movie. A fairly awkward day, carrying a lot of overnight (losses) again. July was excellent so a dismal August should not be surprising.

I avoided trading through Bennie's speech, but after that selloff all I could think of was "this will move back toward that low" and I scraped out some counter-trend profits on pullback moves after that and left all that long money on the table :eek:
