Started dabbling with options contracts instead of the actual stocks. I dont know if I like trading the options versus the actual stock, but we shall see.

"Disconnected" day. I didn't trade X eventhough the EUR/USD was on fire today and closed above 1.25+ Commodities down (oil, gold, indices) with euro up huge???

There was a tradeable bounce on X last hour, but better to stay away on a day like today, imho.

Bought c at 3.69 and out at 3.76 one hour later.

Began the day with a loss of approx -150, then scraped, scratched, clawed, and bled my way back to a nice gain. Doubt I will trade again this afternoon.

It's good. The cancelled trades are there as reminders of missed opportunities/profits coz I was too cheap to pay up I also call it "chasing", but on a day like today with so much volatility, it's ok to chase/pay up.
