First time to post here. I want to continue posting but I also have a superstition that I start losing money when I talk about my trades, so if I stop it's because of that...
Tuesday and yesterday were big losers for me. I almost cried yesterday because I realize my mistakes (which was taking marginal setups/trades) but I kept doing them.
I used to be consistent. I want to go back to being consistent. Posting here might be a way to keep me honest to myself and hold me accountable. I hope so...
I watched and waited for hours to get this trade. There was another trade in X shortly after I closed this, but I wanted to get a better entry price and I missed it. It's ok. I accept that will happen a lot.

Options EX day. Another really tough day to trade the ES. Quitting early. 1 trade exited early on purpose to take a quick profit. Decided enoughs enough, I'm done for the week. Really tough week for me. One of my worst weeks in a few months.
This weeks results:
+$68.70, +$1.50, +$10.80, -$79.80, +$45.30..... Total: +46.50
Point wise: +1.75, +.5, +1.25, -.75, +1 ..... TOtal: +3.75
Strange week. too much churning. No triple digit winners or losers..... Very odd.
I'll do better next week. A little more discipline would help.

Had an epiphany yesterday that hopefully will change my life and turn me into a consistent winner. It worked out today and I was fairly disciplined. Had a couple of keyboard errors which cost me $100 in profits but I still came out on top. Today was nothing special, but I really think I'm on my way to becoming consistency profitable instead of consistently losing. I have a lot to learn, but I think I can become consistent from today on however small it is.

Today was tough (for me). I'm thankful that I didn't lose money. I didn't make much (after commissions), but better than losing. Just glad this week is over. I lost a lot this week... Looking forward to better days ahead (I hope).

got rid of my gld which i had been holding since monday, a few srs trades and 96,000 citi which i rode from 3.99 down to 3.93 and back up to 4.

though i missed out on the trade of the week, imo, which was loading up on abx options on wednesday. noticed the potential for breakout wed evening. if i had been a little more on top of my game and noticed it during trading hours could have loaded up on ABX Jun 44s between .10-.20 and exited them today at 2.40.

-$82.95Most of you pros KILLED it today, I know it. Me ? I churned and burned the first 11 trades of the day. My biggest problem was getting used to the change in volatility compared to the previos few months. The PA is a lot slower, and you need to stay in trades longer. I feel i've now adapted to it, it just took about 3 days worth of churn to do it.
The good news ? I grabbed 8 points on this move down at the end of the day. Also have only had a down day once in the last 6 trading days. Lets continue the streak.....BUT, haven't had any huge winning days in a while, but they'll come.
The bad news ? Still a shitty day for me compared to what coulda woulda shoulda been. Take a look at the PnL
