Trader P/L 2010

$-270. Lousy day for me. Went long a few times near the open but kept getting stopped out and ended up missing that big rally. Then I started getting emotional and did a lot of bad trades.
This happens to me a lot: feeling bad about missing a move I should have been in and start making poor trades on bad setup to try to make it up. What can I do to stop this as this is where I'm losing a lot of money from?
My account is wiped out for now, I can put more money back in but I think I'm gonna take a short vacation from trading because I'm emotionally stressed-out and need a break.

+$145.30 today, +3 ES points.
Only 1 trade this morning, and I wish I grabbed more than 3 points from this morning run up. I was long @1074.50 and exited at resistance at 1077.50. Can't really complain as it was a safe trade when only trading 1 contract, but still. The rest of the day is just choppy garbage that i didnt want to churn the account on like yesterday.
This week: +$198, +$103, -$78, -$183, +$145, Total: +$185
This week by points: +4.25, +2.25, -1, -1.5, +3, total: +7 points gross, but only +3.75 after commish as there was way too much churning this week.
