- break my rules, deserve to lose initially -170, then stick back to my rules to bring it back to profit, need to revise my rules again

- went back to work day job, not much time to analyse my trading :( since i reluntant to take money out from my trading account

Looks like ill be done for the day here, no complaints or regrets, had one loosing short in the morning then came back with all longs

Shorted ES @ 1179.00 a few minutes after the close yesterday. At first was looking for a couple pts, but price just kept drifting down thru the evening, so I set an overnight target of 1171.75 (next support zone to be tested) and trailed a 3 pt stop, which was hit around 3am my time.

Missed a CL short setup in pre-market because I took a few minutes to make some tea & breakfast, missing a triple top selling frenzy.

Short ES @ 1174.00 right off the open based on pure selling pressure, looking for retest of low, covered @ 1171.75, pivot off channel overshoot near previous support. (Got my original target after all!)

Got some CL after that, exited prior to target on the first one when it "seemed" to hold up at a support zone, but a few ticks later, down it went right thru my target.

Hesitated on setups after 11:30 despite intending to do so, and missed some nice ones. Then I tried some counter-trend trades and basically gave IB commissions in exchange for relieving my midday boredom. Took a brief break, came back, tried again, scratched the first attempt, quickly back on board, set my target @ 83.43 (previous support zone) and was about to move the limit order down as price started to fall and it flashed to 85.42 as if in a dream, and that was the end of that trade, +$230 in about 2 mins, but an equal amount left on the table. :eek:

-$270.00............Got in on a great long at 85.08 after a rather choppy day....and what do I do......"choke" it.......b/e +3....when CL only had went +11 ticks.......of course it came back and stopped me out...with $30.00....and went on to make over $500.00....which was my target !:mad: Then after a stop out....I failed to re-enter on the next signal......and missed another $200.00 ! Just poor performance........when "price action" is not that good anyway......recipe for a red P+L.
