Trader P/L 2010

Quote from NYSEtrader123:

Osamberg,

I do remember NYSEKILLER123 and he was a fake. Rearden Metal did a great piece of investigative work to busted him. I have been on elite trader long before that clown came around.

These numbers really are not even that big and I have better things to do than to sit around fabricating blotters. Anyway, if it helps to motivate those of you how are just getting started then I guess it doesn't make a difference.

My blotter for Friday was: + $118K plus I carried 140 Mini Russell and 4 Nasdaq mini short and I covered on Sunday afternoon around 7:00pm for another $56K

Monday was 43K minus 5k carry over.

I added some executions so Osamberg can double check. I sent some from Sunday Night where the market is thinner so that maybe you can go back to the Time and Sales to verify.

Happy Trading

+70 (-88 from the attachment for other losses)

From +300 to +70, all because of fslr

Did avg down size 400, dangerous, i better start to watch my back not to repeat today's mistake, once size up into wrong trend, the losses can reach thousands!!

Better do the following:
- watch my position sizing
- careful about buying too many positions
- cut loss is my best friend!!!

On the wrong side of the up move:

FAZ 2400 long -608
DRV 3800 long -581
AAPL 500 short +134

Day: -1056

Week: -187
Month: +454

+$218

I had difficulty reading the opening price action on AAPL and POT, so decided to wait until after the housing news, then took a couple AAPL trades after the news and got whipped around by the price action, was down $50. Why I even traded it in that choppy range I’ve no idea because price was jumping around 10-15 ticks a pop. Then I missed the confirmed breakdown when I stepped out of my office for I swear no more than 20 minutes.

Later on I saw AAPL pulling back from near the HOD and was eying it for a possible short based on a lower high, but it found support @ the 20-bar EMA and engulfed the pullback bar, so I went long @ 226.02 just before the high, knowing how AAPL loves to break thru resistance, and caught a nice move. I closed out very quickly then didn’t re-enter on the next support at the 20. Missed a much better breakout to new highs. :(

+$707. This was a very painful day for me as my account was down over $1000 for the majority of the day and then around 3:00, it started coming back up.... Just dreadful and stressful, but ended up on a positive note.
