Trader P/L 2010

-2510/-2.53% Congrats to those that had a good day. Nice to see someone making some serious money. Even my shorts lost money today, but then nothing works every day.

OK, to be fair CL was basically flinging money by the handfuls at anyone who wanted to be the trend's friend. :D

And despite the POT being really weak yesterday, I got very high, so I decided to smoke it again today. I guess I built up some tolerance because I didn't get quite as high, but still not bad to round out a new record finish

+$4072

well done!
i ended up $-45 today, got pissed off for missing the trend. And made 2 trades in the range.

Someone pm'ed me a question about why my Gains/Losses screenshot only shows 100 or 200 shares, it is because it is cropped, and would otherwise be about 2 pages long.

I attached the actual trade sizes from one of my 20K blocks I traded with. I had broken it up into 2 orders of 10K each, which were charged only as 2 separate commissions, but were more expensive due to AH costs...

+300/.3%. For those with recent 5 and 6 figure gains, do you also have similar size losses at times? While I look forward to continuing to scale up my trading account as I have over the past year, I also look forward to reducing my risk (at least as a % of my account) by diverting some profits into lower risk strategies.

Sure... I just try to have the profits outweigh the losses.

Up 450,000$ on the year, between my Bofa and ETrade accounts.

Thanks for responding. That's all any of us are trying to do ... and wow! I think I would have a hard time handling 5 figure swings on a daily basis, but then my account is not big enough that I have to worry about that just yet. I'm still getting used to 4 figure swings. At least I'm headed in the right direction and that's what matters.

+21,400 on 296k shares. figured it has been awhile - since I posted. good bounce back after taking -10k loss yesterday ~ Viva la -- $VIX!
