Another bad day.
I lost $430 on ten trades. I did some revenge trading during pre-market that just didn't work out. Was getting more stressed. Then around the opening I started to shape up and focus on risk. Had to break-even a few times no matter what. My last two trades was where I really start to shine by focusing on my big reward setups.
The first trade (or no nine) I was expecting a bounce, but I got nervous b/c the move didn't take off. If I wasn't focusing too much on breaking even I would have never have sold as my main rules didn't say to. After I sold, I left for a break. When I return the market was rallying. I quickly realized what was going on, start focusing on my rules and managed to get in at a pullback near the low and got out at the next big high.
Lost a lot today, but still got enough left to work with. I know now what's my problem is. And I know how to fix it. Will be working on my trading over the weekend.
