Began with shorted ES too early. Didn't follow the rule and let the losses run. After finally took 5k losses on ES and walked away for a little while, mind got clearer and fought all the way back into the green with GC. Exhausted but the $27 feels like a million to me

I was disappointed today that I hesitated to put on two trades that actually would’ve provided the best moves of the day, after trading quite aggressively early on. I also only traded 1 car instead of 2, and 1 car is difficult in terms of managing ES trades.

My size is in relation to my success. As I build up gains I increase size and vise versa. I had a few bad months and downsized.

Today was the first day that I increased my willing size but I didn't get much to trade today.
