I changed my system because my old system required a lot of work. My new system requires considerably less work and will hopefully be just as profitable. I am starting small and will increase position size as I become more comforable with it.
Today's action gave a $49.9 gain.

caught SLM from 10.0+ to 10.8 with 1kshares
and SNDK from 23.3 to 23.8 with 1kshares
1 contract crude 78.7+ to 79.9+ with 1 contract.
I broken my rule today, my rule is just maximum two trades. somehow, my mind siad I need diversify a little, that drives me to do more. get to call it a day, play play, let myself in the best trading status. always remind myself, trading is not a 8-5 job.

After beige book I had a scratch trade on ES (trailing 1 pt stop again), then called it a day because the market had clearly turned to mush, or so I thought.
Came back later and had to hit head against desk several dozen times when I saw the crash. I'd been short ES @ 1092.50...
Made $2650 in my sim account trading Dec crude, but IB won't let me transfer that to my live account.
