What a journey and what a difference a day can make.
as i said i would i have downshifted my lot size and gone back to "training mode" to be able to prove that I can actually execute the plan.
so today was not as much about gains as it was about following the plan without mistakes. I was able to execute without a flaw and I am happy to say so. I could have had a losing day today but I can say that I did not have a mistake.
I will be trading smaller again tomorrow as I am still on probation (with myself) but I am happy to report I am happy with myself and how I handled the day

Had my best day today was up to +70 but started chopping myself up - took one last trade that brough me up to +50 gross and shut down the execution platform...which proved to be a mistake as I missed the short I was looking at most of the afternoon and that would have been another 40 points....
Finally positive (barely) overall since august so things seem to be looking up a bit - all I have to do is focus on better setups and stop trying to nickle and dime myself to death and I should be fine.

First time I hit +155 I lost it and went -30 then recovered back to +155 and from there the blotter just kept growing. +500 gross! Got killed on fees. But shit cant complain about this, not only I finished decent on the first day of the month but I havent been able to hit these kind of numbers for a long time.
