Getting back on track today. Results make it appear a lot easier than today was though.

My goal today was to do Mark Douglas' 20-trade exercise with ES. Instead I do 3 trades. I skip both my opening long signals on ES missing a fantastic trend, scratched 2 short trades, then moved on to stocks, thereby missing the 3rd great short entry on ES and about 10 more solid signals. Worse, I missed 3 stock trade entries by allowing myself to be distracted for just a few minutes while they were setting up. Finally caught one end of day, but because I didn't place a stop order on ES I missed the trigger for the end of day short, which I was preparing for.
My lack of focus is astounding, and I sadly decided to abandon the chat room I hang out in, because it's simply too distracting.
