i feel you. though, you were smarter than me. i launched a bottle across the room and missed my target- now have a bottle sized hole in my drywall. unfortunately, i'm out of 'spare' keyboards. pretty much every down $30m+ day saw the demise of a keyboard.... or monitor... or both, or... if you read my p&L last fall, you realize that's required a lot of 'spares'.

20+ years of personal investing for a living and managing OPM, and i never so much as threw a pencil across the room. 23 months of trading and i am the main reason that dell and newegg are still in business thru the downturn...
 
kinda running a day behind as i've held back my nightly P&L in case i decided to trade the US market during the day. so, this was last night.

was ok. traded scared (of course. odd that the only time i'm not trading scared lately is when i'm losing money. seriously, it's like i have some sort of crossed wiring in the part of my brain regulating fight or flight). needed a gain coming off of a loss, so i quit early with this...

RE: Market Losses and Destruction of Personal Items
I totally condone this type of behavior. Rubik's Cubes are the absolute best, and far cheaper than a new monitor, however, make sure it is thrown far away from you as they burst into dozens of smaller "cubes". A hard surface works well, but a basement corner - ahh, that was an absolute classic!

I lost about 120k on the move, fwiw... i think "I!" am the one who really sucks.
 
Had a great day today. Finishing off the month very strong.

$90,801.50 on 1,242,700 shares today.

Posing the PNL today since I forgot yesterday. Let's hope for a nice end of the month rally today.

Up a little.

Probably be bailing on the UYG soon. Lesson learned, and basically flat on it for the year.
