Trader P/L 2009

I had an offer at 97.96 on GS in the afternoon to go short. It made it up to 97.95 then cratered. The market loves doing that to me. One f*cking penny! 
Anyway, no losing days this week.
I'll be stepping it up a bit starting Tuesday.

Glad you stuck to your plan and stayed at your price. Thats more important than making a few dollars in one trade IMHO

Almost +7k last week.
This will be my last blotter.
I had a huge epiphany on Wednesday after a lost a bunch from the HW mark of the day. And the same thing happened the day before.
I realized that when I'm up I tend to focus on hitting an X amount of profit target and call it a day early, oftentimes sitting out huge moves in the afternoon. And when I'm down X amount I tend to trade more actively and take on more risk to "get even".
So now I'm putting on a PL blindfold. I don't care what the PL result of any trade/day/week/month is I just want to follow my plan day in and day out. Following my plan automatically limits losses far more than gains so there is nothing else to worry about.
Hopefully this PL blindfold will take a lot of emotion, stress, and doubt out of trading. I trade best when I'm patient and bored (but confident).
