Well, we all knew a few things going into today. Yesterday's congestion would probably resolve directionally today. And that would come from political news, probably in violent fashion.

Pieced togther +6pts ES on the early upside to pivot point. Gave back two of those positioning long ahead of the news blast initial reaction higher... ticked out on stops right at swing lows before ES blasted +18 handles higher to the surge peak in what would have been our favor. Ceste' la vie. Welcome to our profession.

Called it an early day in this account, spent the duration blowing dust off some old tactics refitted for current emini markets. Trade-by-trade sequence and account visibility is posted here for the sake of a few that know who they are... it does add up profitably, meager or not.
