Trader P/L 2009

OK I gotta laugh because I took several days off to practice strong trade management, study various additional price action patterns I've been reading about in Al Brooks book, and especially to solidify a set of rules I printed out last weekend and obviously haven't read enough times, because today I violated several of them, all in one day!

Mr. NoD cannot get the ATS running fast enough for me. It's based on my trading strategies and it will have the distinct advantage of honoring rules.

Only 4 trades managing risk "too well" - so well I can't let a good trade run...better than a sharp stick in the eye I guess...
 
flattened one account right before the housing numbers this morning luckily... the other account however was 3k higher until the 5 seconds after the housing number when i flattened....

the sad part is i forgot the housing number was comin out so wasnt even watching or waiting or worrying about it.....

its like its my first day on the job again......... idiot....

oh well still a good day

Got shaken out like an amateur - wait I am still an amateur lol - (over 2 measly ticks) and that pretty much set the tone for the day - didn't take my profits when I had them in another trade and here I am staring at a goose egg...
