So there I was at 10am, up +115.00. Brighthouse cable decides to dig around in the cable box by the road.
So, I quit until the afternoon session. +925 came in the last hour to make this otherwise disappointing week slightly more tolerable, I managed to get distracted just before entry so that cost me $90. This was yet another slow week with few signals, can't wait for the weekend to end. Have a good one all.

what a great -30m start to the month
last night: traded with dick for confidence- only reason i made $ is because only the stupid AND blind (i'm not blind) could have avoided it.
today: raped for 10m in the AAPL Jobs heart attack short rumour. came back, traded reasonably well. at 3.30, told myself to stop, or at least not give back more than 1m of gains. mr. discipline here dropped 10m in about 5 minutes and finished with just barely enough to put the shotgun and rocking chair away- for now...

was down 22 % in beg of week
cut it down to 11 % by end of week
the total swings both up and down added
to 50 % of my acct size ...
do not need this nonsense
on a daily basis ...
( small positions causing me thousands up and down while I am away from the screen ... even if I rack my brain for a proper hedge )
but do think 5- 10 grand a day is a given to the upside
if the vol's stay the same in the various markets
