Second worst 1 day loss, -1713. 90% of it came in the first 5 minutes of the day. I guess that's what happens when you're long in a bear rally.

With the markets so volatile now, I've realised the best way to trade now is to go for v. short trades until things normalise.

So here I was in the mkt for a grand total of 61s.

Still not bad though.
