Quote from EricP:

Personal best day for me.

I've got to take a moment and give credit to the guys at Genesis, though. While several other firms were suffering with the rule changes, quote volumes or other issues, Genesis was rock solid again this week, helping to make this my best week ever. Crazy week, but it's during these wild weeks when your brokerage firm can really make the difference. Thanks Alex, Casey, Anthony, William, Peter and the rest.

-Eric

P.S. I have a pending trade break which should add 11k

Wow, thats the first million dollar day I've seen here. Whats with all the separate accounts? Are you running automated systems?

Wow - some awesome performances out there. Congrats 1Reason, austin, dustin and the rest. And EricP - that is really, really amazing.

I hit my best ever day x3 on record volume. Finished +$22,671 net on 330k shares. Went straight to the pub afterwards without saving the blotter so I'm attaching an extract from my statement instead.

Have a good weekend all

-7 for the month, and was literally saved from a -150 month or potentially much worse by the ramp in oil this week and a position in WM and ESLR. Haven't had a nail bitter like that in a long long time and was a leasson relearned in being careful about getting too creative in hedgie one's position. Congratulations to all who killed it this past week/month.

Thank you Eric for posting that, it really shows what is possible...and BTW I am really jealous, took me almost 10 months to reach that, and you pulled that off in a day. Congrats.

Glad for friday and run up on thursday
Friday $1600

total for week $ flat!! just a bad week--lots of stops not adhered to--i am really lucky to be only flat after two bad days tuesday and monday

Amen to that, and to all the other posters here regardless of results

That's it for me today, and the rest of this week. Accepted a last-minute invite to hunt caribou in far northern Quebec... last-minute preps today, depart wee hours tomorrow and then gone until next week. I expect to come back seeing the Dow up or down 1,000pts from present. Hope y'all catch the bulk of any big rides in my absence :)
