OK day, but I found the trading difficult for some reason, probably because the trading range was so tight for most of the day (I trade YM).

Today was one of my worst trading days ever in regards to discipline and allowing my emotions to take over. The total is great, but I don't deserve a single penny of it, let a huge pending gain turn into a small loser and held on to a loss way beyond where it should have been and it came back. I am only posting cause it is one of my bigger up days but I traded like a complete idiot.
