Bad day. -420 for the week. The worst week ever. Shouldn't over trade in such market. Lesson learnt.

Gotta leave early for the golf weekend. Sucks 'cause the positions still had room to move.

Also got denied some good shorts with no shares available. Hate when that happens.

Rollercoaster week for me. Glad to end up $500. Was down a grand after I screwed up playing NFP report this morning, great market after that to get 'er back and then some thanks to oil!

Couldn't get a damn thing going all day, any profits I let run came back to flat. Last hour was a different story. Got short some donkeys and held on.
