Happy with today and the consistency of my recent run. Futures strategy is 220 eur of the gross, equities the rest.

694 eur gross, 647 net = 1,002 usd

Woke up a hour late and I'm glad I did. Someone get the defibrillator, this market has flatlined.


Anywho, not a single trade today. Very, very happy with my discipline today. Market was dead, so I flipped off the monitors and walked away.

Was going to be a red day since there was no follow through anywhere, which I'm fine with. Got frustrated with it and overtraded, making the loss about 3x what it should have been.
