Went all out today - one trade one contract. Working on discipline and the last few days pretty much made up for a lapse of sanity on Tuesday.

Well I have been totally disgusted with my performance of late. I'd love to make excuses that the market has been shitty or I got screwed somehow, but the truth is I have have had my head so far up my arse it isn't funny. The vast majority of my recent losses can be directly attributed to a lack of discipline.

There is tons of dough available in this market, but there is NONE if you're stupid. I hereby declare not to be stupid anymore.

Today my win loss ratio was 33 wins against 71 losses. However, if you don't do anything stupid you can make some money even with a crap ratio.

Actual P&L is about $80 more than what shows. IB's algorithm is at it again.

Slow day overall, trying some different time frames and screen layouts.
