stupid me again .... was +530 told myself before the trade if i go back to +500 would just call it a day but instead of calling it a day ... i just force the issue and try to salvage my stupid loss .... damn .... i feel like such a moron ... it seems like everyday i get dumber and dumber .... need my focus and discipline again .... damn ....

hi - not my first post to the site but thought I would set up a new handle for the p/l thread.
i have been full time for a couple of years. most of my trading til recently had been swing trading futures (a few hours to a couple of days duration). i am still doing this but will not show the results here (in-frequent trading approx twice per week - does not make for interesting daily posts)
i have also just started trading a more intraday equities strategy i have developed. been going for 2 months now slowly building up size and number of stocks. just got to a level now where it is worth showing it in to this thread. figured i would join the community here - i love this thread.
blotters here are all in euros and gross. comms today was just under â¬100 - net 595, or approx 940 usd.
