traded lightly today...trying to figure out some new ECN and ways to trade.

this is one hell of a day.... i just blew myself out of the water with my stupidity ..... squeezed to death in GE was up 230 by 10am and i lost EVERYTHING and gave MUCH MUCH MORE BACk i really lost my discipline today .... - 1156 for the day gave back 2/3 of what i earned for the month ..... damn i feel so depressed .... goodluck to all ....
