lots of swings today, dodged some bullets and ended flat but I'm happy about it!
Pretty lame day. The end of day schmeising didnt help either. 
damn what a tough day .... market was sloooowww and tough to trade ..... couldn't get anything to go til around 1230 .... was down -300 in the am .... made it back by lunchtime... went as high as +150 then again back to 0 then slowly regained everything and even hit +470 to only give a chunk of it back in the closing mins .... oh well at least still made a decent profit for the day .... hope tommorrow will be better ... goodluck to all 
+108. fought back from down 340. wasn't disciplined enough. not a good day. lesson learnt.

Second day of profits ... not much ... but at least I'm not losing like I was with ES.
Stock trading again tomorrow. Keep working on picking up the trend and getting a good entry point. Also have to work on staying with my trade ... left one trade so becuase I didn't think it was going any where then it it was up $100. Oh well! Last trade I left it becuase it looked like it would go the wrong way ... and it did ... so I guess it goes both ways.
