kinda tough day for me today... had a slow start .... then had a good trade and was up +300 then had a long bias on the market cause the ambac news.... cause i remembered a few weeks ago where the ambac news burned my ass alive cause i was so bearish and market skyrockets and today damn market goes down today so gave all my profits back and some.... good thing was able to recover everything back and even hit my daily target before the close 
p/l was like a rollercoaster .... hope to improve my performance and avoid rollecoaster performances ... goodluck to all

If you do the same things every day , you will get the same results!
So the best thing to do is:
1-Make sure before you get in a position,you must have a Stop Loss ( That is before you even place the trade)
2-Never Ever change your stop loss, Stop loss is your best friend.
3- Do not churn, dont jump in , styudy the support and resistance level
4-You Must have a Max stop loss for a day and if you hit that stop loss , do not trade for that day. anlyze your trades. learn from your mistakes, write them down.
To make lots of $$$$ you should stay in the Game by cutting losses.
