4800 shares/ 24 trades/ 42 cancels.... was on the right side early in the morning and then i fought it all afternoon...gave up a nice day mid-day to turn it negative... 1st day i can say i was on TILT mega TILT ...almost gave back my entire week in one day of revenge trading.... up only like 400 for the week...oh well..relax and come back to the grind on monday ..

Was up 120 after the URBN breakout this morning. Then I churned all through the lunch hours and missed the last half hour.

Effective immediately, I don't trade from 11:30a to 3:30p
