My escapades from last night and early this morning would make a great preface for a book on how not to trade. Then I had to be away from the screen during much of the sell off mid day which didn't help in my quest to dig myself out of the hole.

anyone else ever make this mistake? (c'mon be honest)

I made so many goddamn trades I lost track of my open positions - and had 3 contracts on the wrong side of a move

another mistake I hope not to repeat any time soon
